Refund policy

Please read below before you place an order:

 

Returns/Exchange

  • Returns are free 30 days from the day you placed the order (does not include sale*).
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • In the case of return, a flat 5% restocking fees is applicable for each returned item.
  • Returning items must be in the condition that they were delivered.
  • Products must be unworn and in their original package.
  • Refund won’t be honored if the product’s tags have been removed/damaged.
  • Products from different orders cannot be combined in one return.

 

Faulty/Error in order

  • If you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, please report within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • We may ask that you send a photograph of the faulty item or the package if it is the wrong order.

 

*Sale Items

  • Sale for discounted items are final, and cannot be returned for refund.

 

Refunds

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 30 days from the day the returned product was received to process your refund.
  • Sale/gift/prize items cannot be returned for refund
  • Please reach out to us before you return the product. Any product that is received without the proper procedure will be sent back, and the account flagged.
